Daemyung Energy's subsidiary Gokseong Green Wind Power announced in a regulatory filing that it has decided on a third-party allocated capital increase worth 28.627 billion won to raise operating funds and debt repayment funds.

■ New Share Issuance and Payment Schedule Gokseong Green Wind Power will issue 2,862,700 new common shares. The new share issue price is 10,000 won per share, and the total number of shares outstanding before the capital increase is 670,000. The payment date is September 4.

■ Use of Funds: Operating Funds and Debt Repayment Of the funds raised, 23.091 billion won will be used as operating funds, specifically for EPC construction payments. The remaining 5.536 billion won will be allocated to debt repayment.

■ Allotment Recipients: Daemyung Energy and Woori Bank The third-party allotment recipients are Daemyung Energy and Woori Bank. Daemyung Energy will receive 1,862,700 shares and Woori Bank 1,000,000 shares.

■ Full Repayment of Four Daemyung Energy Loans Gokseong Green Wind Power stated in the filing that it plans to fully repay 5.536 billion won in loans owed to Daemyung Energy. The loans subject to repayment total four: 2.236 billion won, 1 billion won, 1.3 billion won, and 1 billion won, and the interest rate stated in the filing for each loan is 4.6%.
