Sejong System announced on the 12th that it has signed a contract worth 106.4 billion won to supply solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) modules and parts to U.S.-based Bloom Energy Corporation.

The contract amount is 106,439,770,008 won (79,481,115 dollars). The won conversion was calculated using the Seoul Money Brokerage exchange rate of 1,339.20 won per dollar as of the 8th. This is equivalent to 9.98% of the company's most recent revenue of 1,066,307,389,53... 1,066,307,389,530 won based on its consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025.

The counterparty, Bloom Energy, is a company whose main business is the design, manufacturing, sale, installation, and operation of solid oxide fuel cells. Sejong System stated that it has performed similar contracts with Bloom Energy over the past three years.

The sales and supply region is the United States, and the contract period runs from October 8, 2026 to December 23, 2027. The contract date of October 8 refers to the date the purchase order (PO) was received.

The products will be manufactured through Sejong System's overseas subsidiary. Delivery will be made on an EXW (Ex Works) basis, with products handed over at the Vietnam plant, and the counterparty is required to make payment within 45 days of invoice issuance. There is no separate down payment or advance payment.

Sejong System stated that conditions such as the contract amount and contract period related to this supply contract may change in the future depending on negotiations with the customer.
