According to a treasury stock acquisition report filed on the 26th, SK Hynix announced that it acquired 23,693,272 common shares from August 20 to October 21. The total acquisition amount during the period was 40 trillion, 43 billion, 390,635 thousand won, nearly identical to the planned acquisition amount (40 trillion, 43.4 billion won) stated in the key事项 report submitted on August 19.

Following this acquisition, as of October 26, SK Hynix holds 25,319,041 common shares in treasury stock, accounting for 3.47% of total shares. The total value of treasury stock holdings on a book-value basis is 40 trillion, 1.1 trillion, 230 million won, an amount that includes commissions and fees.

Meanwhile, there was no change in the number of shares held by the largest shareholder before and after the treasury stock acquisition. SK Square, the largest shareholder, held 146.1 million common shares on both the acquisition report date and the acquisition completion date.
