Progress payments are made once a month, with a full cash settlement within 60 days from the date of acceptance of the deliverables. The contract performance guarantee rate is set at 10%, the defect repair guarantee rate at 3%, the defect warranty responsibility period at one year, and the delay penalty rate at 0.1%.

ExaIENC stated that due to the nature of construction contracts, the future construction schedule and contract amount may be subject to change. The company also explained that the contract date refers to the confirmation date based on an electronic contract.
