Device has signed a display manufacturing equipment supply contract worth over 25.6 billion KRW with Guangzhou China Star Optoelectronics Printing Display Technology Co., Ltd. (CSOT), a Chinese display company.

According to a regulatory filing on the 7th, the total contract amount is 25,651,420,000 KRW. This is a large-scale order equivalent to 30.51% of Device's consolidated revenue (84,082,993,642 KRW) based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements. It is an unconditional firm contract, and the supply region is China.

Additionally, the contract (order) date is based on the date of receipt of the customer's PO (Purchase Order), and the contract end date may change depending on the customer's circumstances and inspection schedule.
