Hanil Holdings is acquiring land and buildings in the Samsung-dong area of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 204 billion won to establish a new headquarters.

According to Hanil Holdings on the 8th, the board of directors passed a resolution on that day to acquire all of the land and buildings in the area of 147-10, 17, and 18 Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 204 billion won (204,000,000,000 won).

This acquisition amount is equivalent to 5.46% of the company's total assets (3.7364709 trillion won) based on its consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025. The acquisition price represents the pure contract amount, excluding ancillary costs such as taxes, public dues, and fees.

The counterparty to the transaction is Sando Development and four other individuals. The sale and purchase agreement for the property was signed on July 8, 2026, and the final balance payment and acquisition date is scheduled for August 5, 2026.

Hanil Holdings stated in a regulatory filing that 'the above details may be subject to change during the course of negotiations with the counterparty.'
