Phadu announced on the 16th through a correction filing for a single sales and supply contract that it has received the full product payment related to the enterprise SSD controller supply contract signed with an overseas NAND flash memory manufacturer.
This correction filing was an action taken in accordance with an application for continuous disclosure exemption. The disclosure exemption deadline of 'July 17, 2026,' which was stated in the previous filing, has been deleted. Instead, it was explicitly added to other matters for reference in investment decisions that 'as of the date of submission of this disclosure document, the receipt of the product payment has been completed.'
The total amount of this contract is 20,307,067,000 KRW. This represents 46.68% of Phadu's consolidated revenue for 2024 (43,502,744,974 KRW). Converted to U.S. dollars, the amount is 13,870,000 USD, based on the exchange rate of January 13, 2026, from the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage (1 USD = 1,464.10 KRW). The original contract period was from January 13, 2026, to July 17 of the same year.
Phadu did not disclose specific information such as the name of the counterparty, in accordance with the counterparty's request to protect trade secrets. In addition, it was confirmed that 10% of the contract value, equivalent to 1,387,000 USD, was received in advance on December 2, 2025.
Meanwhile, according to the disclosure, there is no separate exemption clause for non-performance in this contract. In the event that the purchaser cancels the purchase intention, it is stipulated that the lesser of '0.5% of the canceled amount' and 'direct costs that the supplier cannot reduce or avoid' shall be compensated. The purchaser has the right to cancel the contract, and the supplier also has the right to receive compensation within the scope agreed upon with the purchaser regarding the canceled contract amount.
