Seonam announced in a regulatory filing on the 4th that it has signed a supply contract for 2nd-generation high-temperature superconducting wire. The contract is valued at 6,623,484,000 won, equivalent to 19.56% of recent revenue.

◆ Contract Overview According to the filing, the contract amount is 487,200 USD. The won conversion applied the exchange rate of 1,359.50 won per dollar announced by the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage on September 4, 2026.

Recent revenue was 3,386,486,863 won based on the separate financial statements as of the end of 2025.

The sale and supply region is the United States, and the contract period runs from September 4, 2026 to February 10, 2027. The start date and contract date are based on the date of receipt of the purchase order (PO), while the end date is based on the delivery deadline.

The products to be supplied are manufactured by Seonam itself.

◆ Payment Terms There is no down payment or advance payment. Payment is due within 30 days from the date Seonam issues the invoice after the counterparty receives the goods.

◆ Counterparty and Future Outlook The counterparty was not disclosed due to a non-disclosure agreement. However, Seonam stated in its filing that it has performed similar contracts with the counterparty over the past three years.

The filing withholding period lasts until February 10, 2027. The company stated that this contract may be subject to change in the course of future proceedings.
